I am also noticing that - pages 14-20 should be before page 2, and pages 12 and 13 are the second and last pages respectively. I'll have to look into fixing it. Puru had mentioned to me the other day how some uploads were getting mixed around by the system. Note that downloading it has it all in the correct order :)
