This translation is horrible. It's like the dialogue isn't in the correct bubbles. The grammar sucks. A lot of dialogue doesn't make sense and doesn't flow in regards to the story. Art is alright though.

It's not that hard to understand. The title is literal for Nao, who is actually dead, and metaphorical for Nobu, who "died" as a person to assume Nao's position and get his perks.

Not sure if it sucks he got his brother's sloppy seconds, or if he's lucky he gets that sweet ass at all.
