I haven't read the upload rules very thoroughly, but I assumed that was the correct way to name the manga here because I saw several other doujinshi being uploaded that way on Pururin.
Some examples:

I think NTR have indeed some narrative/conceptual value as a genre, although I would totally abhor something like looking how someone IRL (obviously myself included) lose his/her beloved one , no matter in what circumstances. However, I can comprehend why such a thing could be enjoyable, that pain, suffering, pleasure and thrill, and the sense of guilt an shame, that contrast of feelings of the people involved. I trully think you just need to learn how to enjoy both seeing in other people's relationships and experiencing yourself that feelings. Calm down tho, I'm not saying you need to become cuckolds or anything like that, never forget to respect yourself, self-respect is the main thing in any healthy relationship.
